I have felt emotionally, physically and mentally burned out when I worked in a high-performing environment (management consulting and EdTech) with lack of self-awareness. From that challenging experience, I committed to learn and apply practical and effective tools to be friends with ourselves. I researched the Neuroscience of mindfulness and meditation during my Master's, freely sharing my meditations on my podcast "Meditate with Tsamara", and have dedicated my time to empowering people to turn stress into joy. I deeply believe that everyone can live joyfully once they know tools that personally works for them. This is how I add value into your life, we'll discover the exact tools you need to practice in your daily life to level up! I am a certified coach and Meditation and Yoga teacher, but I'm just really a human being who loves others, the connection, and the empowered relationship between coach and client.
